Experienced Window Cleaning TechnicianShine is a fast-growing, premium exterior services company operating across multiple locations. We provide high-end residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and lighting services. We are building professional crews—not temporary labor—and are looking for experienced window cleaners who take pride in their work, care about quality, and want consistent, year-round employment with a company that is scaling.We are hiring an Experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our Raleigh team. This role is for someone who already understands professional window cleaning techniques and standards—not someone we need to train from scratch. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results on residential and commercial properties while representing Shine professionally on-site.
