We combine deep asset-class expertise with a highly collaborative culture across macro, fundamental equities, and systematic strategies to drive differentiated investment performance and support long-term career growth for our talent.What you’ll doWork with the portfolio manager on electronic and non-electronic execution of all credit trades.Maintain strong relationships with a broad set of liquidity providers.Analyze new issues and maintain relationships with syndicate desks.Be responsible for position maintenance (e.g., CDS rolls) and liaise with Investment Services teams on corporate actions.Conduct research on things such as transaction cost analysis and broker/algorithm evaluation.What’s REQUIRED3+ years of work experience as a credit trader in corporate bonds or CDS.Experience with OMS/EMS platforms such as MarketAxess and TradeWeb.A team player and collaborative mentality.Understanding of order lifecycle from order generation to booking and TCA.Keen intuition for markets and a passion for studying them.Intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and the ability and willingness to proactively communicate potential operations risks.Strong problem solving and communication skills.Commitment to the highest ethical standards.We take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
