With continued investment and expansion, they are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help attract and hire exceptional talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify, engage, and close top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership-level positions Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates Conduct candidate interviews and assessments while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Facilitate interview processes, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and market trends Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Support process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting best practices

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly specialized environments Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive talent Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of recruiting experience Experience recruiting for advanced manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, hardware, software, or other technical organizations Experience supporting executive and leadership-level searches Strong data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement Startup or high-growth company experience
