Job Overview As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machines to produce precision parts. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines based on job requirements. Load materials into the machine and secure them properly. Operation: Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing quality parts. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for precision and efficiency. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and rectify any issues that may affect product quality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production quantities. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel. Preferred Qualifications Must have a Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma. Previous experience as a CNC Operator or relevant technical training. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Attention to detail and precision. Preferred Skills and Abilities Technical proficiency in CNC machine operation. Problem‑solving skills.
