Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pediatric Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License Degree from accredited nursing program PALS Certification At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care pediatric setting Other requirements to be determined by client facility Duties & Responsibilities Pediatric nurse (RN) provides age-appropriate care for children or adolescents with a variety of physical and mental disabilities and/or acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions. Provide comprehensive, age-appropriate care to patients aged 30 days to 18 years. Document patient symptoms and medical history; provide bedside nursing care; draw blood, administer medication, give childhood vaccinations. Assist pediatrician during patient examinations.
