Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in the Greater Tampa Bay/Lakeland Area. The BCBA will assess patient behavior, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions aligned with Life Skills Kid Therapy holistic model. Daily responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring progress, and adjusting behavior plans as needed. The BCBA will provide parent and caregiver education, collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and wellness teams, and ensure interventions comply with ethical and professional standards. The role also involves documenting services, participating in case conferences, and supporting continuous quality improvement in behavioral care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment and intervention planning. Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Management to design, implement, and monitor effective behavior support plans. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology to understand developmental, cognitive, and emotional factors affecting behavior. Candidates should possess Parent Education skills to coach caregivers on implementing strategies and supporting treatment goals at home. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working in medical, outpatient, or community-based settings, preferably with diverse populations. Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Tampa Bay/Lakeland Area and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
