JOB PURPOSE
The Recruitment Consultant position is primarily a sales-driven position responsible for following up on and creating new warm leads who engaged in our services and to convert them into customers. You will reach out to prior and potential candidates to increase placements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with company values. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information. Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for the company by effectively communicating its values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand specific hiring needs and requirements. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and share insights on candidate trends. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.QUALIFICATIONS:
