Senior Campaign Coordinator We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Campaign Coordinator to lead our influencer marketing campaigns and work with some of the biggest brands in the world. In this role, you'll manage key elements of our Influencer Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve outstanding results. You'll collaborate with clients, influencers, and internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive success. Key Responsibilities Being responsible for the day‑to‑day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers and creative for each brand and its target audience Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the Client Service team on client phone calls Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are delivered Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results Mentoring junior members of the team Role Requirements A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever‑changing workload Competent writing and communication skills The ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure Understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions/Reach/Engagements) Perks Of Joining The Herd Regular social events and clubs $600 WorkWell benefit Top‑of‑the‑line MacBook Hybrid working and flexible hours Medical, dental and vision coverage, plus 401(k) with company match 15 days PTO to start, with additional days for floating holidays, summer Fridays, and sick days Real opportunities for growth across the campaign team US Pay Range : $45,000 — $90,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
