Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in New York, NY. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends. Agents will provide professional guidance and ensure a smooth transaction process while contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Self-motivated with strong time management and organization abilities Familiarity with New York real estate market trends is a plus Proficiency with real estate databases, CRM tools, and technology is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
