Responsibilities Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consistent lead follow‑up to grow the sales pipeline Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth closings Use company leads, exclusive listings, and technology to grow your career Generate leads and develop and maintain relationships with clients Deliver exceptional service to build lasting client relationships Qualifications Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Show good organizational and time‑management skills Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Self‑motivation and drive Requirements Valid New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (Required) Self‑motivated and driven to build a successful real estate career Willingness to work on commission and learn in a fast‑paced environment Compensation $100,000+ at plan earnings #J-18808-Ljbffr
