Dealership Title Clerk – Now Hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our automotive dealership team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle titles and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and dealership requirements. Responsibilities Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork Verify accuracy of all sales and purchase documents Submit title applications to state motor vehicle agencies Maintain organized records of all title and registration files Communicate with customers, lenders, and DMV offices as needed Assist with billing, lien releases, and payoff documentation Support accounting and administrative departments as needed Requirements Previous experience in automotive dealership, title work, or administrative office work preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (data entry, email, dealership software a plus) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent required We Offer Full-time, stable position Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the dealership #J-18808-Ljbffr
