• Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Woodside, NY 11377

Position Summary

The Automotive DMV Title Clerk will be responsible for preparing legal vehicle transfer documents, verifying trade-in payoffs, and maintaining accurate title records in compliance with Department of Motor Vehicles requirements.

Essential Duties

• Process used vehicle titles following wholesale auction transactions.
• Prepare trade jackets and documentation for used vehicles.
• Track titles in transit and perform timely follow-up.
• Communicate with banks to obtain lien releases.
• Prepare vehicle transaction documents for scanning and record retention.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience as a DMV or Title Clerk.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, and drug testing.
