Job Description
Title: LPN - School-based

Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Shift: Day Shift, 7.5 hours per day

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: Full-time for the 26-27 school year
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Requirements:
- License: Washington LVN/LPN (must hold)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 care to a medically fragile pediatric student.
- Assist with transportation needs, including riding the bus to and from school.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support the student's health and educational needs.
- Monitor the student's health status and administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in the student's health to appropriate personnel.

Compliance / Notes:
- Licenses/credentials in-hand with submission preferred; if not in-hand, must be issued prior to start.
- District can expedite certificates if needed.
