Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to PolicyCenter and the Umbrella Line of Business to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet the needs of both personal and commercial lines of insurance
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Guidewire applications function as intended and meet quality standards
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Guidewire solutions across personal and commercial lines
• Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and identify potential risks or issues to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Guidewire certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and the Umbrella Line of Business in the insurance industry, specifically in both personal and commercial lines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with both personal and commercial lines of insurance is preferred, enhancing the candidate's fit for the role.
