Guidewire Business Analyst (Billing Center)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Guidewire (GW) and data analysis expertise to join our team supporting Riverstone. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter implementations, coupled with hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Work with Guidewire systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) to support system configuration, enhancements, and implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, QA, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated accurately.
• Analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution.
• Prepare business cases, process diagrams, and system impact assessments.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Strong data analysis skills – SQL, Excel, BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with insurance products, claims processing, or underwriting is a plus.
