The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that align with business objectives. About the team: The Assortment Strategy & Acceleration team drives the expansion of Walmart Business' B2B assortment by identifying high-demand gaps and partnering with suppliers to acquire and configure new products. This team collaborates cross-functionally with merchants, product, pricing, operations, and sales to streamline processes and accelerate assortment launches. Focused on operational excellence, the team manages project timelines, improves business efficiency, and supports business objectives through data-driven decision-making. Members contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance purchasing capabilities and deliver competitive pricing, ensuring alignment with Walmart's goals and customer needs.

What you'll do:

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and meet key performance indicators.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies that support operational excellence and resource allocation.
• Oversee project delivery, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support initiatives and drive execution.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to associates, fostering accountability and performance.

• Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
