This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment, offering the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure.

In this position, you will

• Be the first line of support for user inquiries received via phone, email, and ticketing system.

• Troubleshoot common technical problems related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals. Effectively utilize knowledge-base resources and established procedures to resolve user incidents.

• Document user interactions and incident details thoroughly and accurately.

• Participate in deploying new devices and updating software across the organization.

• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the IT Support Specialist or appropriate teams for further resolution.

• Assist with basic IT asset management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
