Kelly is hiring for a Project Coordinator/Specialist lll for a contract role. This critical position offers a unique chance to travel to restaurants to onboard them to new products and enhance their experience throughout their lifecycle on the platform.

Job Title: Project Coordinator/Specialist lll
Location: Drive around the Dallas Metro area
Start Date: September 1, 2026
End Date: December 31, 2026
Work Arrangement: Remote, and largely travel-based
Reporting to: Onboarding Lead, Platform Operations
Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with restaurant merchants, consistently working to improve their experience with the platform.
• Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding process.
• Perform hands-on, in-store work, including training restaurant staff to use new platforms and technologies efficiently.
• Develop engaging training materials to promote staff understanding and adoption.
• Gain deep proficiency with software configuration and oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to improve workflows for increased adoption and revenue maximization.
• Achieve results quickly and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
• Proactively seek and suggest improvements, playing an active role in shaping the company’s direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately, effectively, and on time with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding customer support skills for both internal and external partners
• Proven track record working cross-functionally with other departments
• Highly proactive, excelling especially when operating with detailed tasks
• Spanish fluency is a strong plus

Pay rate: $41.38/hr -$48.28/hr Depending on experience.
