Lead Data Analyst

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Data Analyst, to join a Fortune 500 Real Estate financial servicing firm in Reston, VA. The Lead Data Analyst will focus on driving the development of business requirements related to data operations and analysis.Responsibilities of the Lead Data Analyst include:· Execute on analytics strategy that empowers the organization to understand KPIs, pinpoint digital experiences to test, optimize, and provide data to efficiently support customers· Identify data sources required for projects and deliver plans to collect new data points· Interpret data and analyze the results using statistical techniques· Create and deliver presentations and data visualizations that convey the results of data analyses · Establish strong partnerships with product management to allow for collaborative data intake· Provide insights and recommendations related to customer acquisition Qualifications for the Lead Data Analyst include:· In depth knowledge of SQL and querying relational databases· Experience utilizing Python or R · Experience building/working with analytics dashboards with BI tools · B.S in Business/Data Analytics or related field Compensation for the Lead Data Analyst includes:· Salary Range: $165,000-$175,000 *depending on experience*· Benefits: 100% Medical Coverage, 100% Dental & Vision, 401k with matching, PTO & Holidays, and Employee Stock Ownership Program Keywords: data analyst, data analysts, data, data ingestion, data querying, databases, sql, sql query, python, r, bi tools, tableau, qlik, domo, kpis, data visualization, reston va, reston virginia Job Category: Data Analytics & Business IntelligenceSecurity Clearance: None
