Overview Partnership Marketing/Sales Executive – Promotional Products – Remote, US Talento has partnered with a promotional product agency specializing in the design and manufacturing of high quality premiums promotional merchandise and toys. Due to a growth in their CPG division, they are seeking a hunter-type Sales Executive who excels at driving new business and expanding market reach. This role focuses on proactively identifying opportunities, securing new clients, and fueling the company’s growth. As a brand relationship expert, you have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and developing cutting-edge ideas that drive healthy, sustainable growth. Duties and Responsibilities Seeking new business opportunities Creating Promotional Giveaways Generating leads and target lists Fearlessly cold-calling (and other creative means) in reaching new clients Writing RFP/RFQ’s for promotions and ongoing programs Managing existing relationships Maintaining a database to track and measure business growth Achieving short and long-term sales and profitability goals Pitching business goals, strategies and tactics Managing projects from ideation to completion Encouraging new and increased business within current accounts Being aware of new business opportunities for all company business units Developing sales materials for client pitches and follow-ups Researching, analyzing and capitalizing on market opportunities Countering competitive activity with company’s strengths and capabilities Excelling at customer service for clients and fellow associates Working within assigned budgets and forecasts Understanding our client’s financial needs from revenue, costs to margin Developing creative solutions for clients’ branding needs Monitoring competitive products and marketing activities Celebrating your successes with the company and your fellow associates Qualifications and Skills 5+ years Business Development/Sales Creativity and experience in product and/or concept development Excellent Customer Service, Client Relationship Building Proven track record of increasing sales or business opportunities through client development Excellent client presentation skills Complex negotiating skills Comp : $75-120k Base + Commission About Talento Talento Human Capital Management provides talent and organizational solutions enabling businesses to evolve beyond tactical human resources management.
