Member Engagement Specialist (Fully Remote)

This fully remote position focuses on building meaningful connections with prospective members of a kidney health management program. You will engage with individuals across multiple channels, establish trust, and guide them through the enrollment journey. Accountabilities: Proactively contact prospective members, explain program benefits, and encourage enrollment. Meet engagement targets by educating members, addressing concerns, and demonstrating program value. Document interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or member engagement. Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
