Occupational Therapist (OT) in Skilled Nursing Facility We are staffing Occupational Therapists for the Rehab Department in state‑of‑the‑art Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout NYC and surrounding areas for the Flagstar Rehab team. OTs work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve physiology and cognition of patients and positively impact their ability to function in daily life. Hourly Pay Rate W2: $44‑$48 per hour 1099: $55‑$61 per hour Responsibilities Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow. Supervise COTAs daily. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
