Surgical First Assistant - Ortho/Spine (PA/NP/CSFA)

MPOWERHealth is hiring a Surgical First Assistant for an OR-only role in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
As the primary surgical first assistant, you will support the surgeon throughout procedures, coordinate with OR staff, and contribute to post-op documentation. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of surgical experience and credentials such as PA/NP/CSFA.
