Senior Accounting and Reporting Analyst

Spectrum Search is working closely with a REIT in Dallas looking to add a very unique position. This role works directly with the CFO and plays a key part in financial reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc projects/initiatives. This role will wear several hats, interact with other divisions, and have quite a bit of visibility. This won’t be a routine accounting or finance role. Responsibilities Partner closely with the CFO on reporting, analysis, and ad hoc strategies Support quarterly and SEC reporting, including tie‑outs to the 10‑Q Own budget‑to‑actuals analysis and forecasting support Assist with treasury and cash flow planning, including weekly reporting Lead internal controls and process documentation as the company scales Coordinate with external partners handling tax compliance, etc. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives Work within Yardi and Active Disclosure environments Experience CPA required (public accounting experience strongly preferred) Strong technical accounting and financial reporting foundation Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑priority environment Highly organized with strong judgment and communication skills Process‑improvement mindset — experience building or improving workflows REIT experience helpful, but not required (intelligence > industry background) Depending on experience and skill set, this role will pay $105k‑$115k + 15‑20% bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Search Group
