Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Tryfacta is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our client in Oxford, NC 27565. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Oxford, NC 27565Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients.Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic treatment environment.To be considered for this position, you should have:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.Current and active PTA license in North Carolina (or compact eligibility, if applicable).Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care setting is preferred.Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required).Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
