Immediate Data Entry Specialist for North Charleston Company. Monday through Friday.
The Data Entry Specialist processes customer records and operational data with accuracy and efficiency. Reporting to the Department Supervisor, this role manages high-volume data workflows of approximately 1,000–2,500 records per day using a document management system and established quality-control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer records and operational data accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Process documents using the document management system.
- Update databases and maintain current records.
- Organize files for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Retrieve data and documents as needed.
- Process approximately 1,000–2,500 records daily.
- Follow peer review, dual-entry verification, supervisor audit, and automated validation procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of data entry experience.
