Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, M-F 8a-5p, Contract to Hire
Compensation: $20-22/hr
Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Service Team, including maintaining records, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
• Review and process IPQA forms and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist Trade Managers with project timekeeping, labor tracking, and task assignments.
• Coordinate with Scheduling to maintain and update trade schedules.
• Facilitate Daily Action Plan meetings and document key action items.
• Prepare and distribute service-related reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain communication across teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
• Adhere to all safety policies, training requirements, and reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Prior marina experience preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Positive, customer-service-focused attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to follow procedures while driving continuous improvement

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
