Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce a job opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician. This full-time position requires the Maintenance Technician to work on-site, as it is not eligible for remote working arrangements. The role demands a proactive approach to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of machinery and equipment. It is designed for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to exhibit their expertise in a practical setting, directly impacting our operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
Inspect equipment and identify potential problems or safety concerns
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gears, and 230v wiring
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
