Property Accountant

Property Accountant. Senior Property Accounting. Commercial Property Accountant. NextStep Recruiting is working with a growing commercial Real Estate / Property Management organization that is looking to hire an experienced commercial Property Accountant to their growing team!

Candidates must have:

Two (2) + years of commercial property accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree
Strong Excel skills
Great communication skills and teamwork skills

Our client is a smaller real estate/property management organization that is growing! Mostly onsite in Dallas at first, with room for hybrid remote days once trained up. Very strong base salary and great work culture!
