About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Implementations to lead the successful transition of new contracts and major program initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the enterprise implementation function, ensuring that all activities align with contractual commitments, client expectations, and business objectives. This executive leader will be the driving force behind the implementation strategy, governance, and operational standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality and consistent results. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, including growth, operations, product, technology, clinical, finance, and executive leadership, to proactively manage risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure a seamless transition of programs into steady-state operations. Applicants for the Vice President of Implementations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in implementation, program delivery, project management, operations, or healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading large-scale healthcare, technology, or government program implementations, and experience in supporting federal, state, or Medicaid healthcare programs and government contracting environments. Key qualifications include a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, exceptional client relationship management, and strong financial, operational, and business acumen. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, as is experience with healthcare technology implementations, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software delivery. The role also requires a candidate with a track record of developing and promoting implementation best practices, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing implementation organization.
