What you’ll do:Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments, aligning stakeholders around shared visions, developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters—tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact.
