Admissions CoordinatorThis is a full time Admissions Coordinator position working day shift in the Skilled Nursing unit at Oro Valley Hospital.Our Skilled Nursing unit is located inside Oro Valley Hospital. Offering private rooms, patients can comfortably recover from a variety of illnesses and injuries. Our goal is to help patients return to their lives outside the hospital. Assist in achieving facility's census and quality mix goals. This position will assist the nursing department and admissions department to ensure the highest quality of care for our new residents.Position Qualifications/Minimum RequirementsEducation: Associate's Degree in Nursing ADN or Diploma Program required.Licenses/Certifications: Required: Current AZ LPN license or compact state license, BLS (American Heart or American Red Cross), Fingerprint Clearance Card2 years in healthcare setting requiredExperience in a Long Term Care setting preferredOro Valley Hospital (OVH) is a 176-bed hospital that also has a freestanding emergency center, Skilled Nursing Unit, and large physician group.
