Your assignment runs full-time, 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and concluding in May 2027. You'll manage a caseload of up to 30 students, ensuring their diverse needs are met through personalized instruction and strategic collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Valid Mild/Moderate K-12 Special Education teaching license required (Mod/Severe credentials are also welcome)
• Previous experience in elementary settings preferred
• Solid understanding of inclusion and pull-out instructional models
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering growth for students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and adapt lesson plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct individualized and small group support within both general education and resource environments
• Collaborate closely with general education and support staff to ensure effective accommodations and modifications
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, assessments, and parent communications
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, school committees, and professional development as needed
