Half of your day is spent facilitating one‑hour life‑skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, and the art of giving and receiving constructive feedback. The other half involves working with students individually or in small groups, analyzing their progress via Coachbot analytics, and driving each one to complete 100% of their weekly app objectives. You will not follow a rigid script — workshops provide a framework, but those who excel in this position customize them and create new content when needed. A successful quarter means every student in your cohort completes their weekly app goals, passes the Test2Pass for all life‑skills workshops, and 90%+ report that they love you.
