Registered Nurse (RN) - General Surgery - Night Shift (36 hrs/week)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical General Surgery unit, responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments. Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards. Ensure professional accountability and uphold mission and values. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional licensure or certifications, specialty experience. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform mobility tasks throughout shifts. Proficiency in reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting as needed for nursing duties.
