This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to respond to and resolve support requests from clients and as needed, identify and route consulting/development requests to the appropriate team members. This candidate must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, be capable of multitasking and managing projects, and have prior help-desk experience. This candidate will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set as well as be comfortable training users.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRespond to support requests within the contracted response timeTrack and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing systemTroubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related productsExperience interacting with NetSuite SupportGather client requirements and document functional specificationsPerform system testing and client end user trainingCreate / troubleshoot financial statements using NetSuiteTroubleshoot and support NetSuite applications and add-onsComplete project tasks as assigned, on time and budgetStrong financial / accounting backgroundUnderstand inventory, distribution & manufacturing conceptsQualifications2-4+ years working with NetSuite in a support or consulting capacityAt least one (1) year working in a help-desk roleSuiteFoundation Certification requiredNetSuite Administrator Certification requiredNetSuite ERP Consultant Certification preferredDemonstrated understanding and experience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, distribution and OneWorld. Manufacturing experience preferred.Thorough understanding of business processes including:Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Fixed Assets; Record to ReportSuiteBilling; Revenue Management/ARMExperience with NetSuite SuiteFlow & Advanced Approvals preferredExperience supporting NetSuite integrated applications (Banking/ACH, Avalara, Concur, BILL, RF Smart, etc.)Ability to review, understand, analyze middleware integration logs (i.e. Celigo, Boomi, etc.)Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidanceAbility to independently manage individual time and tasksAbility to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situationsAbility to create and complete documentationExhibits professionalism at all timesExcellent written and verbal communicationEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent preferredNetSuite certifications listed in qualificationsAbout Citrin Cooperman:Citrin Cooperman is one of the nation’s largest professional services firms.
