Maintenance Technician

As part of a team, thisposition is responsible for overall maintenance of all facilities of TheGuidance Center, Inc. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conductspreventative maintenance inspections of the facilities 2. Performsbasic maintenance repairs using knowledge of materials, methods, machines andtools involved for general repairs and maintenance of equipment and buildings. 3. Interactswith contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance of the general facility 4. Assistin snow removal during winter months 5. Assistin planning for upcoming projects 6. Assistin the coordination for the installation and removal of equipment, officefurniture, and fixtures 7. Responsiblefor documentation of department related paperwork 8. Assistwith vehicle scheduling for service and repair 9. Maintainworking knowledge of safe handling of maintenance related chemicals 10. Provide topquality service to internal and external customers 11. Completeall TGC required training 12. Adheres tocompany policy regarding appropriate conduct 13. Performspecial projects as assigned KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Required:

• High school diplomaor GED equivalent
• Two years ofexperience in maintenance or repair field
• Must have a validdriver license with no restrictions
• Must have the abilityto obtain Arizona Level 1Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Knowledge of construction tools
• Familiar withmechanical equipment
• Ability toperform in inclement weather
• May requiretravel and, longer or irregular hours
• Willingness to learn
