Position Summary We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role. Responsibilities Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy Maintain an inventory of all supplies and equipment and ensure necessary tools are on hand Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times Be available to work on an on‑call basis and secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of each workday Remove snow and ice as necessary Handle all lock‑outs resulting from evictions and respond within 24 hours to service requests Requirements Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools Strong ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience in property maintenance/handyman work Compensation and Benefits Full‑time position, $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
