Qualifications and Detail about the Position:

Job Title: Office Administrator (Onsite) - BIS Sauget, IL


Reports To: Regional Branch Manager


Job Family: Operations Function: Administrative Services


Broad Function: The Office Administrator will support office operations and procedures, such as record keeping, contracts, preparation of payrolls, accounts receivable, copying & filing, preparation of work orders, requisition of supplies, and other (onsite) clerical duties supporting our Office Manager and Operations Team.


Essential Functions
• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
• Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Supports Office Manager with all or select items including:
• Initiates both verbal and written contact with identified customers
• Troubleshoots and keeps track of outstanding payment issues and generates weekly aging reports
• Assists with Payroll functions
• Assists with Job set ups
• Assists with reimbursements and Coupa requests
• Supports Insurance requests and issues
• Enhances communication with Department on contract flow
• Additional in-office duties as needed i.e. copying, filing, and clerical duties
• May have local travel to customers

• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize
• Strong customer service focus
• Advanced MS Office skills Education & Experience
• Previous experience in administrative support
