This role is ideal for an RN who is currently employed and looking to supplement their income with meaningful home care work on a schedule that works for them. The RN will conduct client visits, complete assessments, review documentation prepared by the administrator, and sign off on care plans. There is strong potential to grow into a permanent full-time DON role as our client census expands. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing RN supervisory visits for home care clients Complete client assessments — ask questions, take vitals, review care needs Review and sign off on care plans and clinical documentation Oversee PCA and caregiver compliance with care plans Conduct or participate in 15–30-minute supervisory calls with caregivers as needed Ensure agency compliance with COMAR 10.07.05 and OHCQ standards Communicate with clients, families, and referring providers as needed Requirements Current and active RN license in the State of Maryland Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) Ability to complete CJIS fingerprinting and background clearance (required before starting) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and attention to detail CPR/First Aid certification (current) Compensation (PRN / Per Visit) Initial assessments: $75 – $100 RN supervisory visits: $75 – $100 15–30-minute supervisory calls: $35 – $50 Training oversight: $50 – $100 What We Offer Flexible PRN scheduling — you set your availability Streamlined workflow — administrator handles documentation prep; you review and sign Opportunity to grow into a permanent Director of Nursing role Professional, organized agency with systems already in place Meaningful work helping clients remain safely in their own homes #J-18808-Ljbffr ESRV ENHANCED CARE SERVICES INC
