Action Roofing is hiring experienced Roof Tile Installers to join our growing team in Stuart, FL. We specialize in tile roofing and have decades of experience serving Florida homeowners. Tile is a major part of our business, including both clay and concrete tile systems.

We’re looking for dependable, skilled installers who take pride in quality workmanship and want steady work with an established roofing company.

What You’ll Do

• Install, replace, repair, and maintain tile roofing systems
• Install clay and concrete roof tile according to project specifications
• Remove existing roofing materials as needed
• Inspect roof surfaces and identify damaged or deteriorated areas
• Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and other roofing components
• Maintain proper alignment, spacing, and fastening of tile
• Follow job-site safety procedures and Florida roofing requirements
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

• Previous residential roofing experience required
• Tile roofing installation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with clay and/or concrete tile
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Able to work as part of a crew
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license preferred
