Line CookL'Auberge Chef François is seeking experienced line cooks to join our culinary team. We are looking for passionate culinary professionals who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen and have experience preparing French cuisine.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, and proper execution while working in a demanding professional kitchen.What You'll DoPrepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.Demonstrate strong knowledge of French cooking techniques and cuisine.Set up and maintain assigned station throughout service.Prepare sauces, proteins, vegetables, stocks, and other components as assigned.Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.Communicate effectively with the Chef and kitchen team during service.Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and timely service.Assist with prep, service, breakdown, and closing duties as needed.What We're Looking ForPrevious professional line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or culinary operation.French cuisine experience is required.Strong understanding of French cooking techniques and ingredients.Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper food preparation.Ability to follow recipes, specifications, and plating standards.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and consistency.The Ideal CandidateYou are a passionate culinary professional who understands the discipline required in a high-volume kitchen.
