Receiving and Procurement Coordinator

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Receiving and Procurement Coordinator will manage the procurement lifecycle, coordinate receiving and materials logistics, and maintain accurate records while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Coordinate purchase requests and orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate procurement Manage the receipt of materials and equipment, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies Maintain procurement and inventory records across internal systems, providing visibility into orders and outstanding issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or supply chain management systems Strong knowledge of receiving processes and order reconciliation Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
