Warehouse Assistant (5.25 Days | 3-Month | Pioneer | Can start Immediate)

3-Month Contract | Up to $2,300 | Pioneer Salary: $2,200–$2,300 per month Contract: 3 months, till Nov 2026 Working Hours: 44 hours per week Working Schedule Mon to Thru 8.30am to 6.00pm Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternative) One-hour meal break on weekdays Alternate Saturdays form part of the regular 44-hour work week Inbound Responsibilities Receive raw materials from transporters and vendors Inspect incoming materials for quantity, condition and accuracy Record received materials in the warehouse system using an RF scanner Sort materials according to part number, date code and purchase order Put away materials accurately into their assigned storage locations Ensure stock records and storage locations are updated correctly Outbound Responsibilities Pick materials from storage locations using an RF scanner Pack materials securely into cartons or onto pallets Prepare orders accurately according to picking instructions Rearrange materials within storage locations when required Conduct daily cycle counts and report any stock discrepancies Maintain proper inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation Requirements Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred Experience using an RF scanner will be an advantage Forklift licence is not compulsory Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is an advantage Able to handle items weighing up to 15kg; most cartons weigh below 10kg Comfortable performing physical duties in a non-air-conditioned warehouse Careful, responsible and accurate when handling materials Able to commit to a THREE-month contract and alternate Saturday mornings Safety Requirement All employees must strictly follow Safety Rules , warehouse procedures and workplace safety regulations at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruitco Pte Ltd
