Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Delaware (DE)

Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Delaware. As a BCBA at Able Minds ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals to deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a team that truly shows up for your family.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism

NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or closely related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
