TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Houston, Texas, 77030!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Surgery/Plastics (Telemetry) Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: - Open to floating - Flexible scheduling - Experience in a busy hospital - EPIC experience Description: RN's are required to be open to floating between units. Candidates must be flexible with their scheduling, as self-scheduling is not available. There is an every other weekend requirement. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, including previous travel experience. This unit focuses on urological, ENT procedures, orthopedic, and GYN-oncology surgeries. Typical procedures include prostatectomy, hysterectomy, and cystoscopy. Experience with post-international radiology patients is essential. RNs should be familiar with basic EKG interpretation, as all units are telemetry. Daily parking options are available. Cancellations may occur up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
