- Two weeks of coverage per month
- No call
- Job Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic

- Diabetes educator
- Dietitian
- 1 APP
- EMR : EPIC
- Types of Cases:
- Hyper/hypothyroidism
- Graves' disease
- Thyroid nodules
- Pituitary issues
- Diabetes
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Endocrinology Fellowship required
- Licensure: Active Illinois State Medical License
