We’re seeking a Service Technician who specializes in Roofing. This is a critical field-based role that ensures top-tier quality control across installations. What You’ll Do: Perform roof inspections and leak investigations on residential, multifamily, and commercial properties Identify roofing deficiencies and determine appropriate repair solutions Complete roofing repairs safely and according to Colony Roofers standards Capture detailed before, during, and after photos of all work performed Create clear inspection and repair reports using company software Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and site contacts Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements What We’re Looking For Roofing experience required - Steep Slope & Low-Slope Experience is preferred Strong knowledge of roofing systems, leak detection, and repair techniques Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage daily service assignments Benefits Company vehicle and fuel card Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Training and advancement opportunities At Colony Roofers, we believe in doing things the right way by providing quality repairs, clear communication, and outstanding service.
