What You'll Do: Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and general building systems Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations Perform preventive maintenance to help maintain community assets Support emergency maintenance needs and participate in on‑call rotations as required Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and curb appeal of the community Work closely with residents and team members to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards Why You’ll Love It Here: Every day brings something different—from solving maintenance challenges to helping residents feel at home.
