Job Title

Scope, Purpose, And Frequency Of Contacts: Frequent contact with patients, families, visitors, nursing, physicians and their office staff, CCHS Manager Of Physician Relations, Department Of Anesthesia, CCHS Finance Department, Materials Management, Surgical Scheduling Office, Perioperative Services Leadership Team, Other CCHS Managers And Supervisors.

Direction/Supervision Of Others: Assistant Clinical Manager, Specialty Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technologists, Procedure Area Technicians.

Direction/Supervision Received: Director Of Clinical Operations, Perioperative Services SVP, Procedural Platforms.

Education And Experience Requirements: Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing BSN Required, Master's Degree Required (Nursing, Healthcare Or Business Management Preferred) Five Years Appropriate Clinical And Leadership Experience An Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience May Be Substituted.

Special Requirements: Current RN Licensure In State Of DE. Participation In Professional Nursing Activities. Current Approved Specialty Certification Required, CNOR Preferred BLS Required.

Physical Demands: Ability To Stand, Sit, Walk, Bend, Lift, Push, Pull, Carry, Reach, Twist, Handle, Stoop, Climb As Per Unit Based Physical Demands Checklist. Position Requires That Person Remain On Their Feet Most Of The Shift, Walking Or Standing.
